Admissions Procedure at Vogue Institute of Art & Design
Every student shall abide by the rules of the institute, which may be updated from time to time. Admission eligibility for different courses is as follows:
PROCEDURE 1 : “WALK-IN” PROCEDURE
- Prospective students can walk in directly to the main office, get the details and seek the help of the counselors.
- Purchase the application form from the front office.
- Fill in the application form.
- Duly filled form should be submitted along with two passport size photographs.
- Fees payment can be done either by cash/ cheque on the same date.
- This confirms the enrollment procedure. Students are personally informed about the date of commencement of their course .
PROCEDURE 2 : “REGISTER – ONLINE” SCHEDULE
- Prospective students can get information regarding their choice of program either by calling up our counselors or from our website.
- Students can then fill up the application form online and submit the same.
- Fees can be paid by cheque/ D.D favoring Manduda Educational Trust along with the online application form.
- This confirms the online enrollment procedure . Students are personally informed about the date of commencement of their course.

Rules and Regulations
- The student must read and understand the contents of the prospectus and supplementary information provided fully. Thereafter he/she must seek admission to Vogue on his/her interest and will.
- The admission to the courses shall be on first-comefirst-served basis only. If any student defaults in the payment, his/her name would be struck off from the rolls without notice and/or assigning any reason whatsoever. Any delay in payments of installments, will invite a punitive action/fine as decides by the management. Students are advised to retain their fees’ receipts until the end of the course and produce the same on demand.
- Students once enrolled shall not be liable for fees refund under any circumstances.
- Examination fees, registration fees, library fees, locker hiring charges, Laboratory fees, caution deposit, security deposit university fees, transportation fee or any other fees-are exclusive of the tuition fees, which shall be prescribed by the management separately. Fees for the courses are payable in lump sum or in installments at the time of admission. Students can borrow library books on payment of additional security deposit only.
- Caution deposit/Security deposit will be refunded to candidates only after the student obtains clearance from all the respective departments at the end of the term and produces the original receipt of all the fees paid, subject to deduction towards breakages, loss of articles etc. of the institute. Students who have not completed their term/discontinued their courses are not entitled.
- Usage of library facility is compulsory and entails separate fees.
- Students should carry their college identity card and produce the same whenever demanded by the college authorities.
- Students are expected to wear decent attire. However, all Master degree & Under graduates students are required to wear their respective uniforms as specified by the management. All students are expected to observe the dress code regulations strictly.
- Professional behaviour is expected of all students. Any act of misbehaviour or indiscipline will attract stringent disciplinary action.
- Smoking/Consumption of alcohol and usage of mobile phones is strictly prohibited within the premises. Any damage caused to the property of the institution must be made good by the concerned student. Management is not responsible for any loss of articles/valuables.
- Ragging, teasing, misbehaving, throwing waste papers, defacing the walls and committing any other nuisance within the premises is strictly prohibited and punishable.
- Students have to be seated in the class 5 minutes before the class commences. Students coming late to classes are not permitted to enter the classroom. Similarly, students will not be allowed to leave the classroom in between the class hours. No outside interference will be entertained during the class hours. Students must maintain silence within the college premises at all times.
- Any breach of code of conduct and discipline will entail punishment such as suspension from the institution, restriction on recommendation, depending on the seriousness of the indiscipline as determined by the authorities. The decision of the management is final and binding in this regard.
- Students must note that all information about the courses and any other communication to the students will be communicated through notifications displayed on notice board and no individual communication will be sent.
- The institution shall have the right to change the time, schedules, training centers syllabus, fees etc, at any time. The institution shall not take any responsibility for unavoidable delay in completing the courses.
- Use of cell phones is strictly prohibited in the campus. Use of cell phones would entail confiscation of the handset. It would be returned only at the end of the course.
- A minimum requirement of 75% attendance in both theory and practical is essential for enabling the students to appear for the final examination. Failed students are required to pay re-exam fees and the relevant marks card will contain supplementary remark. Students who have discontinued and intend to seek admission once again for the same course, shall pay the fees applicable at that time.
- Students intending to appear for re-examination may do so with the permission of the principal/ Secretary by payment of additional examination fees as may be prescribed by the management at that point of time. Seeking change from one course to another is not permissible.
- Students suffering from contagious diseases will not be allowed to attend classes and appear for the examination unless they obtain medical fitness certificate from a recognized medical practitioner.
- Reprisals/disputes if any, shall be addressed to the principal/Secretary only, who shall be responsible to attend to all such matters.
- It is compulsory that students of Fashion/Jewelry are required to participate during the annul Fashion Show- “Vogue Mystique Designer Awards” with their designer collections which is a part of their project work/curriculum. Thereafter, the designer collections will remain in the custody of Vogue.
22.PROCEDURE OF ADMISSION FOR MASTER DEGREE & DEGREE UNDER “M/S MANDUDA EDUCATIONAL TRUST”
Application for admission duly filled in the prescribed form should reach the Principal/Secretary on or before the specified date along with the following:
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR MASTER DEGREE PROGRAMMES :-
Graduation Marks cards, 10+2/PUC/equivalent, Transfer Certificate & Migration certificate.
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR DEGREE PROGRAMMES :-

- Original marks card of SSLC/10Std/intermediate for, age proof, 10+2/PUC/equivalent, Original transfer certificates, Original migration certificate (for other than the Karnataka State Board students).
- 12 recent passport size photographs.
- It is to be noted that qualified foreign nationals are provisionally admitted subject to regularization after obtaining the eligibility certificate issued by the Bangalore university. Student visa, Residential permit and serology report (HIV Test), AIU Letter for foreign nationals are a must.
PAYMENT TERMS :
Candidates seeking admission for Master Degree & Degree Courses should draw the Cheque/ DD in favour of M/s “MANDUDA EDUCATIONAL TRUST”.
23. PROCEDURE OF ADMISSION FOR GRADUATE DIPLOMA, DIPLOMA & CERTIFICATE COURSES UNDER-“VOGUE INSTITUTE OF CREATIVE ARTS PVT. LTD”

- Application for admission in the prescribed form should reach the principal/Secretary on or before the specified date along with the following:
- Copy of the Marks card of the qualifying examination.
- Four recent passport size photographs.

24. If it is found that the documents produced and the information in the application is false at any stage, the admission is liable to be cancelled. On admission, each student is required to sign an undertaking to the effect that he/she found short of attendance beyond the condonable limit will not be allowed to appear for the ensuing exam. Incomplete applications shall be rejected.
25. ADMINISTRATION.

academic matters of the institution, the Principal/Secretary is responsible for the day-to day administration of the institution in all matters. - All rules and regulations can be changed, altered, edited and new rules can be brought in at any point of time depending upon the circumstances and the management fully reserves the rights to do so.
- The institution shall observe all the gazetted holidays and vacation as
applicable. The institution shall function from 9.00 am to 5.30 pm during weekdays i.e Monday to Friday and on Saturday from 9.00am to 1.30 pm. - Subject to Bangalore jurisdiction only.
