Cultural Fest Media Coverages at Vogue
The Annual Cultural Festival of Vogue Institute of Art and Design held on the 25th October 2019. Known to attract the best student talent from across the college, the fest was all set to take things to a greater level this year. Dedicated to the celebration of creativity, program began with special segment this year of movie screening by Animation department students. Around 9 short movies were screened that day in the kind presence of Mr. Anand and Mr. Bharath, Assistant Directors for upcoming kannada movie DIYA. Special screening for Diya was also done in the college. It was indeed very motivating for students to be the part of this screening.
Movie screening was followed by Food fest where in students had put up various stalls of food items which was for students and faculties on pay and eat basis. The activity was full of fun and was enjoyed by one and all. The Food Fest had definitely upped the fun quotient of the fest.
With amazing performances in the field of dramatics, dance, film and photography and music with a quirky twist, the fest promised and proved to be an unforgettable event.

Write up- “Survival of the Prettiest” came personified with all bling around at the MAKEUP ARTISTS EXPO 2019 BENGALURU held on 15th October. This was all about Bengaluru top artists showcasing their artistic expertise in the make-up execution. Environment was really hot with India's top celebrity makeup artists showcasing their endowment. More than 250 guests gathered to witness and participate. Students from “Vogue Institute and Art and Design” took active participation in not only modeling - flaunting the make-up and hair do but also in volunteering to help organizing committee. Such big events when associate with young talents of specially fashion colleges gives new horizons to the talents. Make up competition brought in new zeal among youth and clicked new inclination. Make up and grooming syncs amazingly well together with fashion. The mission of the event was executed successfully facilitating progression in the space of beauty and lifestyle. There will be a new age intuitive portal being enabled with advancements in the artists’ collaboration adding value and access to the end users. A wonderful initiative overall.

Write-up -Autumn/Winter Collection has come with a bang. Mantri square organised the festive season fiesta - Mirchi Face of Fashion - a hunt for the city's new young Fashionista ! The proud moment came for Vogue Institute of Art and Design when Ms. Anupama Bhat, a 3rd year bachelors student bagged the 1st runner up crown. A trained belly dancer and in attakalari art form, Anupama is equally well versed in singing as well. Beauty with brains in true terms, she is an eloquent speaker and academically intelligent too. Hailing from coastal Karnataka, Anupama is a budding interior designer and with Vogue Institute of Art and Design, she has nurtured all her potential and made a mark not only in college premise but also outside the same, getting laurels in multi-directions. It is indeed a proud moment for her to have achieved this award with parallel study schedules.
