Student Empowerment is an important aspect of life at VOGUE INSTITUTE OF ART & DESIGN. Placement Team along with Faculty Placement Coordinators work towards the same goal.

Some of the focussed activities are

Career counselling by trained professionals in different functional areas.
A structured Personality Development Programme – PDP, wherein interviewing skills are imbibed by trainers and corporate alike.
Developing industry specific resumes and application.
Mentoring by the alumni, in terms of sharing experiences vis-à-vis realities of corporate life, refining expectations and projecting future trends.
The Placement Team identifies the recruiters, interacts with selected companies and coordinates the visit of such corporate executives to the campus.
At VOGUE INSTITUTE OF ART & DESIGN, various events, guest speaker panels, conferences, workshops are organized in which companies participate directly or contribute through partnerships.
Projects are an integral part of the academic curriculum at VOGUE INSTITUTE OF ART & DESIGN. Both summer and live projects with organizations provide students with basic understanding of the company’s operations; this ultimately enhances the adaptability of students when go to work for these corporates.

The College has corporate linkages with various companies and such professional organisations which regularly conduct and undertake recruitment at the VOGUE INSTITUTE OF ART & DESIGN. Final placements off course depends on individual student personality, his or her skills, knowledge, attitude, choice of job profiles, location etc. and industry environment & needs.

Recruitment Registration

All recruiters participating in the Final interviews are required to register with Placement cell.

Pre-Placement Activities

The Pre Placement preparation may be conducted any time prior to the beginning of the Pre Interview Screening.
Members from companies interact with students on campus through Guest Lectures, Live Projects and seminars
The companies conduct Pre-Placements activities include in-depth information about the corporates and the job profiles.

Industry Institute Interaction

All the reputed organizations come to the College for Campus Recruitment. To achieve its goal, the Training & Placement Cell works towards recognizing the core competencies of students. It works through a closely with organisation and has a structure which conveys information to the students effectively. The Training & Placement Cell firmly believes in ‘Industry-Institute Interaction’. In order to accomplish ‘Industry-Institute Interaction’, it organizes seminars, industry visits and industry interaction to provide a platform for the budding Designers to interact with professionals from various industries. It encourages visits to the industries by the college students.
