Department of Interior design organized a site visit to Jaipur Tuffen Glass Industeries Rajankunte Yelhanka for all ID students to understand the different Types of Glasses used in Architecture and Interiors. They learnt about the process of making toughened, laminated and insulated glass, Architectural Mesh glass and a variety of high-performance Nano-material coated reflective glasses. And they learnt about the technology of Cutting, Lamination, Bending, Tempering, and Bending of Glasses through well-equipped machines and the processes.
